About the store

How will my order be shipped?

IN FRANCE :

  • For all orders less than €50, they are delivered by cardboard sleeve with tracking within 2 to 6 working days. Delivery costs are €5.
  • For all orders over €50, delivery is FREE by Colissimo Relais to Point Relais. For home delivery, there will be a supplement of €5 using Pochette tracking or Colissimo.
  • For all orders over €100, delivery is FREE.

IN EUROPE : (Germany – Austria – Belgium – Bulgaria – Cyprus – Croatia – Denmark – Spain – Estonia – Finland – Greece – Hungary – Ireland – Italy – Liechtenstein – Lithuania – Latvia – Luxembourg – Malta – Netherlands – Poland Portugal – Czech Republic – Romania – United Kingdom – San Marino – Slovakia – Slovenia – Sweden – Switzerland – Vatican)

Home delivery by Pochette Suivi or by Colissimo.

  • For all orders less than 2kg, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €15.
  • For all orders less than 7kg€, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €20.
  • For all orders less than 10kg, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €25.
  • For all orders less than 15kg, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €30.

Delivery to relay point by Colissimo Relais.

  • For all orders less than 500g, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €10.
  • For all orders less than 4kg€, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €15.
  • For all orders less than 10kg, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €20.
  • For all orders less than 15kg, they are delivered within 4 to 10 days. Delivery costs are €30.

For all orders over €120, they are delivered within 5 to 12 days.

I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email.

If you have created an account on our site, check the status of your orders by logging in and clicking on “My account”, then “My orders”.

You will find one of the following statuses associated with each order:

  • In progress : your order has been recorded. Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • SENT : your order has been sent and you will receive a tracking number by email to follow its arrival.
  • Delivered : You have received our products and we have therefore closed your order. You will receive a thank you email.
  • CANCELED : the transaction could not be completed or you abandoned the purchase.
  • REFUNDED : Following your request or for a reason inherent to our stocks, the order has been refunded to you, this status means that the refund has taken place or is being processed by your payment organization.

In any case, remember to check the “Junk mail” folder in your email if you do not receive anything.

I placed an order containing a pre-order item. What are the delivery delay?

Pre-order items are sent from their release date. If your basket contains other items, including those already available for sale, your order will not be processed until all the items it contains are available.

If you would like to receive items already available now, we invite you to place multiple orders.

My order is incomplete

If your order is incomplete, you have two options:
– We will reimburse you in full for the missing item.
– We will return the missing item to you at our expense.
