I placed an order but did not receive an order confirmation email.

If you have created an account on our site, check the status of your orders by logging in and clicking on “My account”, then “My orders”.

You will find one of the following statuses associated with each order:

  • In progress : your order has been recorded. Once payment is complete, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • SENT : your order has been sent and you will receive a tracking number by email to follow its arrival.
  • Delivered : You have received our products and we have therefore closed your order. You will receive a thank you email.
  • CANCELED : the transaction could not be completed or you abandoned the purchase.
  • REFUNDED : Following your request or for a reason inherent to our stocks, the order has been refunded to you, this status means that the refund has taken place or is being processed by your payment organization.

In any case, remember to check the “Junk mail” folder in your email if you do not receive anything.

I placed an order containing a pre-order item. What are the delivery delay?

Pre-order items are sent from their release date. If your basket contains other items, including those already available for sale, your order will not be processed until all the items it contains are available.

If you would like to receive items already available now, we invite you to place multiple orders.

My order is incomplete

If your order is incomplete, you have two options:
– We will reimburse you in full for the missing item.
– We will return the missing item to you at our expense.
